The IAK has been actively involved in management and business development since 1970 focusing on developing people’s attitudes and awareness. Our coaches operate as analysts, initiators, moderators, mediators, lateral thinkers and according to need - in effect - as sparring partners.
The IAK is a network with over 25 partners, with country subsidiaries in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Italy and the United States. Our customers are diverse and include senior management and companies in various industries and businesses of all sizes.
Our range of services varies from individual coaching to coordinating large-scale events and from conceptual consultancy to practical implementation on site. We offer our services in German, English, French and Italian.
