TETA-Seminar

The quality of employee attitudes and awareness towards a business is a decisive factor in relation to success and failure.
Managers are increasingly confronted with challenges in communication and social areas. Decreasing productivity, increased aspiration levels, little self-initiative and fear of taking risks are significant buzzwords

Contents

Managing people requires the ability to first manage oneself.

The TETA seminar promotes the development of management expertise in the areas of character and leadership. Existing attitudes and behavior are made conscious in order to recognize their effectiveness and possibly expand or change them. The participants are introduced to new perspectives, which permit them to widen their behavioral repertoires to be able to make more conscious, efficient decisions on a day-to-day basis. The central themes of the seminar are:

  • Realizing the importance of self-management
  • Overcoming personal (self-imposed) limitation
  • Developing the 7 principles of action
  • Strengthening personal commitment and motivation
  • Amplifying personal effectiveness through clarity and focus
  • Promoting composure and stability

Focus Points

The seminar helps individuals realize answers to questions such as:

  • How do my problems really develop? Why don’t my strategies work to solve them
  • Why do I procrastinate and delay responses and urgent discussions? How can I free myself from such blocks/barriers?
  • How can I expand my personal potential and influence the real potential of others?

Methodology

By employing extraordinary experience exercises and experiments, the participants can view their own attitudes individually, become aware of behavioral inter-connections and can actively test various positive approaches to issues.

Advantages

  • Enhanced enjoyment and enthusiasm for tasks and therefore increased productivity and quality of work.
  • Active problem solving becomes second nature and the activity and impact of the business is increased.
  • Resources for more self-motivation, self-organization and self-control are recognized.
  • The interests of the business are increasingly aligned with self-interests and values.

Public seminars start on Wednesdays at 5pm and end on Saturdays at approximately 2pm.
