The quality of cooperation competence is an increasingly decisive factor in how employees and business potential are used. Lack of trust, potential conflicts of interest and resistance are often present.

Basic principles for working together, experiencing cooperative management and individual attitudes are made conscious. The possibility to successfully and satisfactorily create relationships for oneself and for co-participants is enhanced. The central themes of the seminar are:

• Scrutinizing individual cooperation and management models
• Developing pillars of cooperation
• Optimization of skills and contributions with a team
• Positively employing the „energy“ of differences, competition and conflict
• Learning to cement the bonds between contact, trust, candidness, and communication

Methodology

The principles of cooperation are experienced in basic situations or modules and implemented using an accompanying project simulation.

Duration/Cost

Public seminars start on Thursdays at 1pm and end on Fridays at 4pm.

Public: The price per person is CHF 2,900.- (excluding accommodation and meals)

Private: Seminars can be run according to individual schedules and location requirements. Cost varies accordingly.
