PLAN: Goals / Milestones

The resources for necessary intervention are often limited. Our flexible process architecture - combined with a customized intervention plan - permits optimal integration in preexisting processes. The main points are:

- the formulation of clearly defined and comprehensible goals that all participants can understand and participate in.

- the conceptualization of linked process building blocks and the content and formal definition of these building blocks.

- the division of processes in customized steps with measurable sub-targets.

- the action-inducing and stringent communication of goals, milestones and intervention.
