The efficiency of interventions is often difficult to measure. What is the effect of the measures? Will the intermediate goals be achieved? What type of dynamics is created?  Are there any sticking points or need for action?

Our perfected evaluation methods and instruments provide valuable findings from the outset and allow a continual optimization of the interventions. The participants provide valuable insights and assume joint responsibility for the structure of the measures with which to attain the goal.
