People make things happen. People are our focus. We empower and enable people to develop their own personal skills to successfully implement change and development processes for themselves, their colleagues and their organizations.

The IAK has been actively involved in management and business development since 1970 focusing on developing people’s attitudes and awareness. Our coaches operate as analysts, initiators, moderators, mediators, lateral thinkers and - in effect - as sparring partners.

The IAK is a network with over 30 partners, with country subsidiaries in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Italy and the United States. Our customers are diverse and include senior management and companies in various industries and businesses of all sizes.

Our range of services varies from individual coaching to coordinating large-scale events in German, English, French and Italian.
